Hi everyone!... How are you? I hope you are well. Today I will talk about my career, social work and the change that could be made in to it.   I have a divided heart with relation in duration of the carrer, because many people talk about the university carrer in chile and its long duration, that is true in comparison to carrer of others countries, but they are subjects where they teach very interesting topics, these provide tools that help to understand of best way the social reality, however is true that social work have a long duration, because it lasts 10 semesters (five years), those that could decrease. I am in second years of my carrer and so far the class are mainly theoretical, with relation to this, if I could change something, I would add more practical activities outside of the classroom, for example I would add visits to institutions such as Sename or others similar locations. Hi everyone!  I hope you is well, today I am going to talk about postgraduate studies.  Currently I am going to pursue second year of degree in Social Work in the university, in first place I would like to study a Master´s Program in Chile,  a subject of my interest is effective innovation in public policy or any other area that allows me to work with institutionalized children, because as I mentioned in the last blog this sphere is very important for me ;  and then to work and save money for to study a postgraduate carrer in another country, because I don´t have money to continue studying.  I haven´t determined a country to study the postgraduate program, however Brasil is a contry that interests me. Hello everyone! How are you today? I am very excited, because I will tell you about my dream job in the future. In first place you should know that I am studying Social Work, and for this I would like to work with institutionalized  children in the Sename, who for different reasons are separated of their families, I woud like to mention the a real dream for me would be that this children would live in reformed institutions that really respect the rights of children, and give him dignified life. I think that a social worker must have conceptual and methodological capabilities for to critically analyze the social reality, too the professionals must be committed with social theme and they must be empathetic. Hi everyone! How are you?. In this occasion I will tell you about my last vacation, it was in december  of last year, in that opportunity I went to El Quisco with seven friends, we  ever   had wanted travel outside of Santiago, but we never realized it until that time. The travel was for two days, yes it was very short because we should go to vote in Santiago, this presidential election was very important because there was a candidate of extreme right, and he could not come to power.    In the travel need had some difficulties for the organization, the truth we didn´t eat well jaja, but without a doubt that was a great travel because it was the first experience where we were traveled out of Santiago and we were more of one day together in the same home. Too we did more entertaining activities as leave to eat (more strawberrie with chocolota, I love it), we went to the "mampato" and we got on the "tagada" and obviously we bathed at the beach. Hi everyone.  My name is Camila Martinez and this is my first blog. In this occasion I will talk about a country I would like to visit. I like would visit Perú, because I think that this country has a fascinating culture and gastronomy. Perú is a country that has many "llactas", these are ancient towns incaicos, some  example of llactas are Machu Picchu, it´s  more well-known, and Ollantaytambo, it´s the last  Inca  city, this citys are many meters height; a friend who was in Perú told me about a train with windows in the roof that travels between the mountains, and the beutiful landscape that he saw, it would be amazing for me to get on this train. I would like taste the peruan food, as "aji de gallina", "tiramisu", "causa limeña". I would only  go to Perú for tourism, I would not live in Perú, because I am very close to my family, maybe in a future I change my opinion. Thank you for reading this blog, I hope  you  like it :).
