English language challenges.

Hi everyone!! I hope your day is going great :) Today I will talk about my experience with the English class in the university. I think that the classes were very dynamic, we didn´t learn just formulas for to do sentences, by contrast, we saw videos and interviews of music celebrities, they spoke about their experiences with the fame and their life, this is useful for to understand a daily and informal language. Class readings such as poem and articles or videos about activists help to learn more formal language. The blogs are very helpful for writing practice and allowed me to improve reading comprehension, these also help us to learn vocabulary about themes of our interest or related to the carrer I am studying, and when we commented on the blogs of our colleagues practice we practiced a more daily and informal interaction.  The aspects that I need to improve in my English are mainly pronunciation and listening comprehension, for to achieve this objetive I will reinforc...

Changes to my study program.

Hi everyone!... How are you? I hope you are well. Today I will talk about my career, social work and the change that could be made in to it.   I have a divided heart with relation in duration of the carrer, because many people talk about the university carrer in chile and its long duration, that is true in comparison to carrer of others countries, but they are subjects where they teach very interesting topics, these provide tools that help to understand of best way the social reality, however is true that social work have a long duration, because it lasts 10 semesters (five years), those that could decrease. I am in second years of my carrer and so far the class are mainly theoretical, with relation to this, if I could change something, I would add more practical activities outside of the classroom, for example I would add visits to institutions such as Sename or others similar locations.
